Can I use the iPad for tethering?No. The iPad cannot use another device to share it's cell based internet connection, and the iPad cannot share it's Internet connection with another device hooked up to it. The iPad is self-contained with the regards to the Wifi or 3G cell Internet connetions. It seems that the iPad will be able to host file sharing so you will be able to upload and download files.
