Ultima: Britannia - Shard Laws and Rules

Shard Laws and Rules-

The following rules and regulations were created to help maintain balance within the game. These rules and regulations should be treated as the Law of the Shard and with this, all players are requested to obey and respect them. Disobedience to the Law have corresponding punishments and penalties.

General Rules

1. Players are only allowed 1 account per person. Any accounts suspected to break this rule may be deleted at GMs discresion.

2. NO Spamming. Spamming is when you repeat a message more than three times.

3. DO NOT 'page' a GM (Game Master) repeatedly. Your 'page' will be answered as soon as possible. Give information as to the reason for the page. Remember there is not a GM available 24x7. If your page is not answered, that means no GM is on duty at that time.

4. Staff Members are experienced players and volunteers. Respect their contribution to the shard and refrain from HARASSING, ARGUING WITH THEM and ABUSING them. These actions will result in jail time or worse.

5. Use/Abuse of bugs is ILLEGAL. Offenders can expect to be banned once caught.

6. No offensive character names is allowed within the game. Penalty is jail time or blocking of account. GMs have the right no change your name if the GM deems your name can be "taken the wrong way". You will be pulled aside and notified why.

7. Use of abusive language will NOT be tolerated. Each player is expected to show respect to the SHARD, STAFF, and the PLAYERS. This is just a game so please play as your hearts content with clean language.

Blocking

1. Blocking of ENTRY POINTS TO TOWNS, TELEPORTERS, HOUSE ENTRANCES, ANKHS and MOONGATES (this does NOT include player summoned gates) with the use of WALL OF STONE is NOT ALLOWED. Players caught blocking will be jailed.

House Ownership

1. Each player is allowed to own only one (1) house per character.

Macroing

1. As the shard is set to gain skills x4 a regular UO shard, macroing is NOT ALLOWED.

Additional Notes and Reminders

1. The reasoning of not having read and understand the rules is totally UNACCEPTABLE. If you are in doubt before doing a certain act or event, consult the GMs (Game Masters) first for clarification.

2. Account UNUSED after Sixty (60) days shall automatically be deleted. This will be assumed to be ABANDONED ACCOUNTS. Players who are unable to log for this period of time should e-mail an uginfo@mac512.com so that these accounts will be excluded from the standard cleanup of dead accounts.
